This one-off 'trail' sauce was inspired by the local flavor, abundant fruit, vegetable and unique local herbal seasonings of Antigua & Barbuda (The West Indies, Mon!) during our time there in the Spring of 2022. This pepper sauce is true to the Caribbean mustard style while branching off on a path all of it's own.
This was originally a limited run usually only available in our Farmers Market.
