Hot Red is our Original Sauce. Each year I made a blend or mix of this Hot Red Hit Sauce. This particular mix is the original Black Neck Wrap. Recently, a musician & Dad ordered a case for his sons 21st birthday. It was what the son, also a musician wanted. with that backup and impulse I went ahead and put ithe original great the OG back into production this Summer '23 This is your chance to try the Grand-Daddy, The Original Gangster descendent of the rest of Hattwood's Hot sauce range.
Recipe Serving Suggestions: Multipurpose OG by Hattwood works on everything.
The basic eggs breakfast is a great start for this sauce, add to avocado for a Guacamole with some salt and lime, use on any rice or noodle up a lunchtime take out, on chicken it's smashing. Its a great GoTo for any fridge. Some Hattwood Hot Red on Spaghetti Bolognese (instead of pepper flakes) is soo good, a few dollops on Pizza is utterly delicious and any Ramen, Noodle or Rice dish appreciates the lift in flavor and reasonable heat this Hattwood Original Sauce brings to the dish.
A small number of units are also in an ever-so-slightly hotter choice, but even though it has some extra way hotter peppers it is not significantly hotter imo. So rest easy they both are great tried and true meal savers full of savor and flavor. [Easy up with the rhymes slim.]

Hot Red Original Super Hot: OGX has quite decent civilian-heat levels. The X-tra triple threat of Ghosts, Carolinas and Scorpions are quite well behaved and add their own individual piquancy without overpowering the room. Someone must ha used a compression plugin on the capascin peaks cause it's a smooth mix.

Did you know Hattwood is only one person? I (John Munnelly) literally do it all from sauce to the nuts and bolts of the Volvo. I invented the sauces, I cook them up by hand. I stir the big pots and watch over the recipes like a mother hen over her chicks. I maintain the plant and equipment. I select and buy the all natural vegetables and fruit. I get authentic herbs and spices from the Caribbean. I sprout and grow my own pepper plants. I invented the Logo. I do the graphic design, layout and label the bottles. The list just continues to infinity, the legals, the science bits, the art pieces, the marketing department, the sales guy, the health & safety officer, the accountant, the webguy, the copywriter. Stop! But that's it there is no stop, it is a never ending rally of jobs to be attended to that keep marching by, and they all have to be done, or else.
