While I was cooking up one day, this particular red bell pepper took on a life of it's own and like some sort of Cheshire cat distinctly spoke to me. He looked like he was 'aving a laffl! He only needed blueberry eyes and an ironic garlic proboscis and there he was -  a character in a food drama.
