Hot Red is our Original Sauce. Each year I made a blend or mix of this Hot Red Hit Sauce. This particular mix is the original Black Neck Wrap. Some Hattwood Hot Red on Spaghetti Bolognese (instead of pepper flakes) is soo good, a few dollops on Pizza is utterly delicious and any Ramen, Noodle or Rice dish appreciates the lift in flavor and reasonable heat this Hattwood Original Sauce brings to the dish.
