Hattwood Hot SAUCE for FOODS SAKE ©
Welcome Hot Sauce Friend:
Hi, I am John Munnelly, the creator of Hattwood Hot Sauce. I love flavor & color and felt the sauces available to me before or when I started making Hot Sauces needed more of both.
I was looking for more of everything good - flavor, heat, mouth feel, aromas and color. I want multiple (natural & healthy) layers of flavor all through the bottle including yes, the natural taste of the individual pepper and a certain level of balanced heat.
Many hot sauces had too many additives - glues, fillers and odd preservatives & too much added salt and sugar. They were often simple 'one-peg' sauces with a main signature ingredient and no real complexity or merely a burning bro zeal to impress by brute capsaicin force.
Hattwood Hot Sauces are the flavor, feel & type of hot sauce I wanted to see in the world using only natural, authentic and wholesome ingredients.
We are a small-batch pot-sauce maker (and pepper grower) taking our time to make a super quality & consistently sold out five-star reviewed gourmet sauces.
We have a very unique set of sauces and are bringing something unique to the food world and especially the Hot Sauce firmament.
We use trusted traditional methods to make the sauce shelf stable, adding no thickeners or additives (so it needs a shake) to make unique and tasty sauces for the discerning foodie palate and hot sauce aficionados.
Hattwood Hot Sauces have superior vegetable & fruit content (up to 60%) and less sugar and salt as compared to any industrial or other industrial sauces. We have no Xanthum gum (glue/binder), No artificial preservatives. No nuts. No faux fillers. Less salt & sugar <1 %. No funny stuff. Sauce for foods sake (not for heats sake) Hattwood is healthy and nutritious and full of secret herbs and spices to transform your food from bland to brilliant!
