Hot Red is our Original Sauce. Each year I make a blend or mix of this Hot Red Hit Sauce. This particular blend is the original with an X- tweak of Ghost Peppers that didn't in significantly create that much more heat.

Some Hattwood Hot Red on Spaghetti Bolognese (instead of pepper flakes) is soo good, a few dollops on Pizza is utterly delicious and any Ramen, Noodle or Rice dish appreciates the lift in flavor and reasonable heat this Hattwood Original Sauce brings to the dish.
